Stronger Body, Lighter Mind 

Saturday 5th July | 1pm - 5:30pm 

The Oak House Studio, Hatfield House, Hatfield

Come and join me for a half day retreat of yoga, breathwork, relaxation and a heavenly sound bath. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, promoting deep relaxation and emotional release to quiet the mind.

Treat these few hours as a gift to yourself to let go and disconnect from the outside world, surrounded by nature in The Oak House, a stunning hall dating back to 1869 in the beautiful grounds of Hatfield House.

Yoga is a holistic practice that integrates both physical and mental well-being. When we move through yoga postures, we build physical strength, flexibility, and balance. At the same time, by focusing on our breath and staying present, we calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.

What to Expect

We’ll begin our afternoon with a strong Dynamic Flow yoga practice to build strength and vitality. This session combines energetic poses and sun salutations that flow together in a sequence, balanced with moments of stillness, self-care, and breath awareness. Finishing off with breathwork and relaxation.
​
This will be followed by tea and homemade cakes, with time to connect with others or enjoy a peaceful walk in beautiful surroundings.
​
Our next yoga session will focus on restorative poses to help you relax mentally and physically, releasing any tension or tightness, followed by a guided relaxation, creating the perfect environment for deep rest. From here we will flow straight into a soothing sound bath. Allow the sound vibrations to wash over you, guiding you into a place of serenity, stillness, and healing. Let go of everything—this time is just for you.

There will be a short quiz/game with a chance to win a few prizes. Don’t worry if you don’t win as you will all receive a goody bag as a thank you for your participation!
